With deep sorrow, DTT Consortium shares the commemorative article written by Dr. Gianfranco Federici and Dr. Lorne Horton for Prof. Francesco Romanelli, published in Nuclear Fusion.
Prof. Francesco Romanelli left us on March 20th. He was the President of DTT, the first EUROfusion Programme Manager, the Editor in Chief of Nuclear Fusion. Above all, he was a person who believed in the work, in intellectual honesty, and in future generations.
DTT exists, in part, because of him. His example will continue to inspire us.
