From 19th to 21st October 2026, the 8th International Conference on Frontier in Diagnostic Technologies (ICFDT) took place at the ENEA Research Centre in Frascati.
The conference brought together more than 100 scientists and experts from international research institutes, covering a wide range of diagnostic system applications, from medicine and cultural heritage to astronomical observation, fusion and plasma physics.
A dedicated session focused on DTT diagnostics, featuring both overview and system-specific presentations, as well as poster contributions.
The conference also included a session on Artificial Intelligence, highlighting the scientific community’s strong interest in emerging technologies and AI applications to support diagnostic development and data analysis.
